Extreme Temperature Jacket for Boughton Chicken Coop
The Boughton Chicken Coop is made from thick, durable Norweigan spruce to keep chickens comfortable all year round, but for the ultimate protection for your hens this insulating jacket is just the thing. The jacket is made from breathable, heat trapping recycled material, designed to keep your pets warm and protected from the worst that the weather can throw at them. The jacket also protects the treated wooden panels from winter damage, extending the life of the coop.
The Boughton jacket is easy to fit with bungees and laces which attach to the top of the jacket to keep it secure and ensure all panels are easily accessible. The Jacket also has ventilation to ensure airflow while keeping out bad weather.
Extreme Temperature Jackets are best used when the external temperature consistently drops below freezing for a number of days. Remove the cover when the temperature rises again.
Note: Jacket is not an alternative to treating the wooden coop.
