I was looking for a two-way corner hidey and this one appeared to be perfect. However, the design is not the best if you intend to use it as a standalone hidey. The reason for this is that it is designed to connect other combinations such as tunnels and platforms. As a result, you get four rather large elevated holes on the bottom of each corner on a ledge that is pointing to the inside. Guinea pig's feet/toes could easily get stuck in there. Having such ledge there is also not convenient if you are already intending in using absorbent fleece underneath, which then does not use its entire surface. Also, the entrances are way too sharp. The solutions I found to make it work as a standalone hidey are the following: Use a sharp ‘thin’ knife to cut away the inside facing ledge so that the holes are gone. Then go around the entrances to make it less sharp/thicker with the same knife. You could veil it as well to make it smooth. But my experience thus far is that my guinea pigs start to bite the entrances from time to time and you have to keep cutting the newly occurred sharp edges again and again. This is a small effort though. Due to it being entirely made out of plastic, it is also a more suitable hidey for outdoor use than it is for indoor, where I am actually using it. I recommend to not use it as a standalone hidey unless you are willing to do some DIY on it as outlined above and as can be seen in the image.

Originally bought a similar product from another company and the service and communication was terrible. I should have gone to Omlet in the first place. Zero regrets with our purchase. Easy to set up. New chickens have settled into their space. Everyone is happy.

Bought this as a treat for my hens before Christmas. My 4 girls love it & it keeps them amused!

I have two large amish style coops with attached 15 foot covered runs. I can quickly tack up and take down these wonderful STURDY easy to use tarps that come in many sizes (love the easy to adapt tiny bungee hooks) as needed for extreme wind, rain and snow (keeps drifts from forming in runs) protection. I used to have a big mish mash of bungee cords and ugly multi colored tarps strewn all over now I have a tidy great looking system.

Having recently moved into our new home, we thought it's time to get a new place for our lovely cockatiel Fluffy too. Looking across the Web we found many bird cages and then one day I just came across the geo cage by omlet by accident and both me and my partner were like ooh this looks nice! Sure the price is a bit daunting especially with the stand but the moment we assembled it we have no regrets. This cage is just gorgeous especially with the stand and Fluffy absolutely loves it. He's been such a happy bird since moving him. He is able to spread his wings and is moving all around especially around the bath area looking at himself in the mirror. Glad to have found this!

I bought the Eglu chicken coop in green, after a few days my chickens loved it, still a bit unsure of the ladder, they will work it out. It was so easy to put together took about an hour, and so easy to use. Thanks for such a good product.

I bought the Omlet chicken run to attach to my existing coop and couldn't imagine not having it now. My girls are able to come and go from their coop and are able to let themselves out in the morning on their own???????????? I have less worry about critters getting to them because of the ground protection that was included with the run, great peace of mind.

This is even better than it looks in the pictures. It’s stunning and looks like a lovely feature in our home rather than a ‘cage’. It’s spacious for our budgie too without being too big for our small room. I was concerned about the size but it’s not as big as I expected.

I have seen these on videos and always thought I had no need as a large homesteader. I have lots of chickens so why would I need such a small run. But last year a predator was able to take out 11 of my young chickens a mother was raising in the coop. Now, I have two of these coops and I will be buying more. They are perfect for a broody mom and her babies. They are also perfect for young chicks once they are old enough to leave the brooder. When they are young I can fit a bunch of them in one Omlet. By the time they start to outgrow the Omlet they are ready to go into one of the main chicken areas. It's so easy to move around the yard and they are safe from predators. I will be getting another one to raise my young turkeys as well.

I had never thought of putting up a second pole and connecting it to our cat tree until i saw a friend's post on Instagram showing their set up. It has really made a lovely little 'climbing frame' that our cats seem to enjoy. Looks like it made of quality material that will hopefully last.
