We bought this Eglu Go to add to our flock. We know that it will be the perfect home for our new additions this spring. The ease in cleaning these coops is the number one reason why I will never buy another brand. The insulated sides will keep the girls warm and toasty in the winter and cool in the summer heat. The chooks love it almost as much as I do!

Brilliant run that we got ready to use for warmer days for our girlies. But we liked the look of it so much we’ve set it up in our lounge and they absolutely love it! Highly recommend for ease of set up, safety and it looks smart. Can’t wait to use it on the grass.

Once put together this bed is superb. I did find getting the padding for the bolster edge rather difficult to push into the corners. I thought I had managed but there was way too much padding still to go in and I had to start from the beginning again - it's a tight fit but ultimately this is what creates the lovely upstand padded edge for dogs heads. My Springer Spaniel was so taken with mattress she slept on it while I was sorting the other bits out, The bed looks lovely and tidy in my kitchen and I have found a bath mat in the co ordinating colour from a large national bedding store fits the bed perfectly and therefore can be washed super quick. Very pleased with the quality of the bed and I feel it is worth the money in the long run. My Spaniel totally agrees!

The problem is that the upper door cannot easily open wide because it hits the handle. This could be solved by fixing the handles lower down, but we did our best to follow th einadequate instructions.

They come ready to place them inside my birds cage. It makes your life easier when the moment to clean comes and it’s made of paper which is pet friendly

I love these beds - they are very attractive, the colors are great and they are very, very well made. It is a bit of a challenge to put the bolster together, but no more challenging than 30 min on an elliptical. Dogs loved them right away.

My two hens weren’t happy in their home built coop, so my lovely daughter shouted me the Omlet Eglu Cube. Unfortunately she didn’t stick around to help me put it together, it was left to poor Mum to do it by herself. It took me four mornings because by lunchtime it was in full sun and far too hot here in western NSW. I spent the afternoons in air-conditioned comfort getting the panels ready for the next morning. I knew I could do it, but another pair of hands would have been welcome. Anyway, it’s done and the hens are slowly getting used to their new home, but look longingly at the freedom they used to have roaming the whole garden!

I have to start by saying I had two of those wooden coops/pens which I had attached together. It said it was good for 2-3 chickens, so two would be fine for my six. Well they looked cramped, so I ordered just a pen to attach more space, but they still looked cramped. I would never live that way. Suddenly, I found the Omlet Eglu Cube and sticker shock caused me to wait and reconsider. However, my chickens weren't happy, as a first time chicken owner even I could tell. I decided to buy the Eglu cube, my husband went ballistic, so I told him it was a gift. Due to the weather this year, we took some time to assemble it, although normally it could be assembled in a few days, but it was December. We finally finished the cube and one day, one of my chickens got out of the wooden coop. I left a side door open to get her back in. What happened next was hysterical. My chickens had noticed the Omlet under construction, and when they got the chance, one by one, they left their coop and marched themselves into the Omlet, where they had been ever since. They adjusted to it quickly and they certainly had enough room. I loved the automatic door and light. However, for them to live their lives in it, I wanted them to have more room and stretch their wings. We ordered the pet run and again, due to weather conditions, it took us several days. Our chickies were happy in their Omlet Cube though. We connected the run to the cube and the chickies went flying into the Pet run. Our hens were about 20 weeks old at this point and nary an egg was laid. Suddenly we got one egg, two eggs and so on. I know they were at right age, however their home is much more livable now. I decorated the tall corners with silk wisteria (I live in an HOA and were keeping them hidden). From our neighbors point of view, it's an arbor. The chickens are quiet unless they have laid an egg or when I come to hand feed them. The Eglu Cube and Pet Run is an expense, however it is low maintenance, easy to clean & retrieve eggs and gives me room to go in and socialize with my chickies. I didn't know about the Omlet when I bought my first coop, and feel I've wasted my money on them. However the Eglu Cube & Run is the only way to go in my opinion. I'm disabled and am able to keep my chickens happy and this system is as low maintenance as it can be. Eventually, after the whole system was erected, and my husband saw how wonderful this system was, I confessed to buying the Eglu Cube, and he said "whatever it cost, it's worth it" and I agree.
