I wanted a cage that was functional as well as attractive, and I made the right decision! This complements my lounge perfectly whilst making a great home for the feather babies. The feeder is good for keeping the seed husks in one place, though my boys actually prefer drinking from the bath rather than the drinking station! I'm glad I went for the tall stand, it's a great height for me to clean out the cage and interact with the buds. I wasn't entirely keen on the perches and have replaced these, but this is a personal choice. The buds didn't mind at all!

Great product except for the trouble of putting it together. If you value your nails and don't enjoy putting things together, it's not for you!

This cage is the most beautifully designed cage ever. It adds to any room and is very much enjoyed by my Budgie. I’ve heard lots of myths about round cages, this cage certainly proves all of it wrong. I love this cage. Very well constructed. Excellent quality.

I recently had major abdominal surgery, and can't lift / bend down without risk. I could no longer use my old wooden coop: losing a supply of fresh eggs - unthinkable! I bought an Eglu and have managed a wonderfully Heath Robinson arrangement, so my Eglu is UP, can be moved by me alone - AND there's now a slot-on framework [which doesn't mark the Eglu in any way] holding my old coop's automatic door opener/closer. So I can recover the eggs, and clean the hens out on my own - and I DON'T have to get up at dawn to open them up - o! happy days!!

We love the stylish design of the cage and how well it fits into the home than the big black monstrosity we had! We sent everything up and excitedly moved our Cockatiel over. To be fair she didn’t enjoy the transition and wouldn’t move from her bed! We scattered some food at the base of the feeding station and put a fruit stick in to help get her settled. She won’t use the feeding station despite fixing branches for her to walk to it from both sides!! We have ended up putting her old bowl in attached to the wall of cage and she drinks from her bath!!! I did leave her a few days with just the feeding station to use but she wouldn’t touch it! So other than having a bit of a stupid bird the cage itself is wonderful!!! I can’t be critical of the cage we’ve just had to adapt it to suit our nutty bird!

I bought this for my flock of six and I have to say that I am incredibly impressed with the design. It was easy to put together and it has been easy to maintain and clean in the half year we have been using it. No problems with cold during the New England winter. Our girls seem to enjoy it - the only problem is that although the nesting box is large enough for two the girls refuse to nest on one side and get into noisy arguments over whose turn it is to lay!

I bought this coop for my chickens about a month ago and I'm so happy with it. I wish I knew about them sooner! They are easy to assemble and super easy to clean, plus no more Mites! The coop can be moved around the garden too. My chickens love it and so do I!

How I would've loved to have one or those super cute hand made coops, I had ideas. But my husband is not Bob the Builder, and none of the ones to buy were big enough or would last long enough for the price, so he let me buy this. Our chickens are real, "back yard" chickens. We have kids toys out there, a raised bed garden, sprinklers. I couldn't be more pleased with this coop. It is perfect for us, simple enough for my kids to help in the care of the chickens, keeps those girls warm at night. The chickens love the coop and they started going up there starting the SECOND night they were outside. We just have to wait until 8:30 and they are all in there for us to shut the door up. I can't comment on the laying of eggs because they're not there yet. The only thing that I have a problem with is that moving the coop is quite difficult. What makes it difficult is the predator guard around the edge of the run. If there was a way to lift it up while using the tractor it would be so much easier. If there is a way, I'm missing it and it's really hard to figure out. I also noticed that Omlet sells handles to make this task easier. Either way, I am planning on removing it since we do live on a suburban area and any digging predators around here (foxes, raccoons, skunks maybe) come out only at night when the chickens are safely inside the coop. I love that the quality of the coop seems to be very good, much like our Lifetime swing set, and will last a very long time, so the expense will be well worth it.
