I think that the Omlet covers have better curb appeal in comparison to a traditional tarp. However I do find that, in a down for these will leak a little.

This is the second time our family purchased the Eglu Cube, nine years apart. Both times my daughters helped assembled the coop. It was a fun family project. Our flock of three regular and four bantam chickens made the transition easily. Although they roam free during the day in our half acre yard, when they are in their six foot Omlet run, they seem comfortable and secure. Thanks Omlet for designing the best chicken coop.

Easy to install, very secure, seems really durable, and our chickens absolutely love it.

We are very happy with our Eglu Cube in green - and so are our 5 chickens! It was easy to construct and is proving easy to maintain. We have ordered a perch and that is proving very popular. All in all, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

We've just gotten started with our Eglu and we are impressed! It's such a beautiful and well-designed coop and was a complete joy to assemble; the instructions were straight-forward and easy to follow. We put it together in our front yard (it was shadier than our back) and it attracted a lot of interest and questions from passers-by. It's a head-turner! Our five ladies are quickly getting used to it and easily adapted to the new drinker and feeder. They all love the 3-foot perch and are starting to venture up the ladder. It won't be long before we can put our brooder away for good. We can't wait until our walk-in run arrives and have even more room for our chickens to roam safely. A couple of small suggestions that we have right now would be to (1) make an AutoDoor control panel mounting bracket for the egg door side of the cube (our setup makes the opposite side less accessible and the normal bracket unusable) and (2) to make an access door on the rear run under the cube (this would make it easier to clean out droppings from under the coop without moving the tractor).

The video images says it all! Action speaks louder then words and no vocalization is necessary to view assembly instructions....simple and to the point!

This is perfect for my 6 hens. It's good quality and perfect for my needs.

After a slightly longer than expected wait for delivery we finally were able to install our auto door with coop light on our Snap Lock coop. We are very happy with these products so far! My only recommendation to Omlet is to make an extension for the control panel cords. I was able to engineer one myself so that I could put the panel in a more accessible location and also so the light sensor is not under trees.

This walk in run is a game changer. In the winter, we need our chickens to stay in a smaller area because our weather can change in an instant and we need our girls to stay warm and safe. The run gives them a way to have a bit more space and freedom, but keeps them out of harm's way. We have coyotes and raccoons that live close by and despite their best efforts, the run has managed to stay secure. It attaches to the Eglu runs easily and quickly, making it a wonderful and durable option for chicken keepers.

It took 4 hours to assemble but so worth it! I too bought a cheap wood coop but I know it won't last. I know this investment will last a long time. Tomorrow I will be be putting my 5 chicks inside for the first time and cant wait! I bought it more for predator protection and insulation capabilities.
