Ladder Grips - Eglu Cube
Problem chicken solved!
James,
Amongst our flock we have a single Sussex who just would not put herself to bed in the Cube. So every night I had to go out with a torch and chase her in from wherever she was roosting. I spent ages pondering what the issue might be, but fitting these seems to have been the key and she now happily roosts with the other s

Eglu Cube Chicken Coop with Run (2m) and Wheels - Green
Ingenious chicken coop
Antoinette,
My chickens have been enjoying their eglu cube for the past four years and feel happy and safe. What’s more, it is very easy and quick to clean. The wheels also make it easy to move around. Excellent buy!

Walk in Chicken Run - 2 x 2 x 2
Sturdy, simple, reliable enclosure
Chris, Florida,
So there are a lot of clips to snap into place for this, but once that was done this thing requires very little maintenance. The mesh is strong - strong enough to hang things that are a few pounds a piece, like feeders and waterers. Attaching tarps for shade and protection from the rain is dead simple and they hold fast. The doors and latches are simple to operate and stay closed when you close them. The skirt around the bottom has been sufficient enough to deter any predators in our neighborhood. The wider spacing of the mesh on the top half of the enclosure means mice and small rats can get into the coop, but other than stealing some food they weren't a menace. We dealt with them with some traps and they haven't come back since, but if the problem persisted it would have been easy to strap some hardware cloth or chicken wire to the outside of the run to make it harder for them to get in. I do recommend installing some concrete blocks under the posts - we found that after about 6 months of the chickens scratching away at the edges of the run the posts started to sag down and kept having to be pushed back up and repack the dirt underneath. With the cinder blocks installed underneath them this problem goes away completely, and it would have been much easier to do before the run was assembled and in place.

Run Door Self Fit Kit
Indispensable
Chris, Florida,
We have three of these doors: 2 on either side of our Eglu Cube 6' Run, and 1 for our Eglu Classic 6' Run. Being able to access the middle of the run without crawling inside from either end is really useful for maintenance. We use our doors mainly for adding hay to the run and raking down the piles of dirt the chickens like to accumulate in the middle while scratching at the edges. They are simple to install with only a pair of wire snips, and they are just as sturdy as the rest of the run.

Omlet Outdoor Cat Run - Catio - 3 x 3 x 2
Really nice
Eric, Colorado,
Went together easily enough, although I don't think one person could build it alone. Now it's attractive, secure, and functional. I just wish there were a good way to padlock the door against hooligans.

Eglu Cube Chicken Coop with Run (3m) and Wheels - Green
I love my Omlet!
Natasha, Georgia,
We live in Atlanta, Georgia. As a first time chicken owner, I went through two other coops before trying the Omlet. This finally worked for us! I have bantams and they are more pets and part of the family than anything. This coop looks great in the backyard and much appreciated by the neighbors since we do live in a subdivision. It has a clean look and blends into the yard. I have added all the accessories, a perch, a treat holder etc. I also added my own chicken sand bath. My one complaint is that the wheels do not work to move the coop if you purchased the 9ft length. I would not go smaller than this because I think this is the minimum space appropriate for more than one chicken. But the run is too long for the wheels to lift and move it. I do plan to contact the company and query about that part of it. My chickens happily go into the coop part when it gets dark and they lay their eggs in the nesting box. I also wish it had a door that could open on the back end under the plastic coop. Its hard to get into the run to clean it so would be very helpful if it opened at the back so you could reach that side of the run or to get to one of the chickens on that end if you need to. No better coop for an urban back yard!

Zippi Rabbit Run with Roof and Skirt - Double Height
Good value for money
Nichola,
We’ve had wooden runs before and they simply haven’t lasted, this looks like it will last a look longer. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough once fully built. I did not pay close enough attention to the picture showing the dimensions and hadn’t realised the dimensions shown included the skirt so I was disappointed on the size front but that’s my own fault. We opted for the double height because the single height is most definitely not tall enough for a rabbit. Getting in and out isn’t easy so catching the rabbits is a bit of a hassle and there’s no way my husband would be able to get in. We did however buy this run as a stop gap with the intention to increase the size and add a connector tunnel to the rabbits shed at a later date and for this reason I think the run is very good value for money
