I panicked when it arrived in four boxes and read an earlier review that construction was difficult - however as a (later) middle aged person who isn’t in the best of health I found it a lengthy but easy procedure to put it all together on my own!! I probably should have bought the smaller one as the large one with wardrobe takes up a fair amount of space however my dog(s) love it - they are used to have a den (crate) and use it as a place of safety as well as bed. The door doesn’t always have to be closed. I’m so glad they are used to crates as one of them has had a bad back and it has been super helpful for him to go and rest quietly there. Really recommend this purchase!

We bought the 3 x 3 x 2m run for our 2 rabbits; it’s perfect! Product is well made and easy (if time consuming!) to set up. Good quality, prompt delivery and excellent customer service. What’s not to like ? :-)

This is my second omlet! My first lasted me for many years, and served me well. That’s the reason I am a returning customer. My new one has the 9’ run and wheel package. It’s been improved since my first one. I commend the engineers on the better, larger wheels. Definitely a step up and make maneuvering the unit much easier. The sliding door on the nest box is a much needed improvement to keep the hens out of the box at night. The single dropping pan and bottom grate are an improvement making the system easier to clean and maintain. I have a large permanent coup where my adults live, but needed a safe “smaller” place for new chicks until they are ready to go out with the older birds. It also serves as a place to separate certain birds for breeding and provides a lot of space for that purpose. This coup is quite functional for a flock of backyard chickens that are the source of home grown eggs and fantastic for children to get involved with caring for livestock. It’s easy to clean, safe for the birds and works great for rotating the contained birds on the lawn to fertilize and improve its quality. It’s attractive and looks great in any setting. This is not a cheap product, but it is worth the money. You get what you pay for and this one will last for many years and will keep your birds safe from predators -we have fox, coyote, numerous hawks, raccoons, possums and an occasional bobcat. My Omlet will keep them all at bay. Thanks for a great product!!

Buddy my dog slept in a cage instead of a bed as he likes to feel enclosed. We recently purchased a picture to hang above his bed but it all looked a bit messy hence this upgrade. Buddy & our cat love it & so do we. Everything now looks neat & tidy & the cupboard is handy to store all his toys. I only wish we could have purchased the unit without the cage as our old cage would have fitted perfect.

The Cube is very acceptable to the 7 hens. The steps are a bit narrow and slippery for them. They tend to fly in and out. The roosting bars they stand on can be cleaned with a pressure washer but anything less leaves stains. Overall a very good buy.

This clear side panel is great, protects the hens from the wind, gives them some security but still lets the light in. Easy to use and easy to move with the bungee attachments. Reasonably large as well. Would recommend this product.

The run was very easy to set up. It gives my chickens plenty of room to run around. Had problem with a lock for the door, but Omlet was quick to replace it. All the staff I spoke to were very pleasant. Great customer service!!! Look forward to expanding my run!

Bought this windbreak the week after setting up my Omlet Eglu Go Up. We were expecting a few days of bad weather so I thought a little extra protection would go down well. The girls enjoy keeping out of the wind when it's cold and use it like a conservatory when the sun is shining. I was planning on removing when the weather improved but decided to keep it as they love sunbathing behind it. Must buy product!

This feeder attaches securely to the mesh wall and keeps the food dry. But after a few months of use I have identified a few problems: it's quite big and it's impossible to make sure the oldest food is consumed first as you just top it up on top of the oldest food; it is extremely difficult to clip and unclip to empty and clean (Omlet promised me a replacement one in case mine was faulty but this has failed to materialise); and finally, my girls now have damaged feathers on their chests because the edge of the feeder when they put their heads in and out is abrasive. I wondered what was causing it and have now worked it out.
