We did lots of research and are pleased with our choice. The coop is large and easily accessible to clean, the run is a great size (with 1 m extension) and easy to reach inside to change food etc. The kids can also sit inside with our 4 bantams when they are free ranging. We have used the omlet edging to go round it which fits perfectly. It was a bit tricky to put together as we got a bit confused on which way the run went on - instructions not great - but using photos helped!

Once assembled the eglu go is fantastic! It looks good and is the coop is easy to clean. Our chickens love it and we love watching them enjoying their new home. However, it does need a few improvements in my opinion: 1. The run doesn't easily attach to the coop because of the curved roof, as a result we have slightly scratched the coop trying to put it together. 2. The door to the run is very small! This is mostly a problem when I go in at night to poo pick, I have to try and squeeze through the hole to get to the end of the run (and I'm very petite). I can see it being a real pain in about 6 months time when I have to clean out the whole of the run floor.

Certainly helps to protect the hens from the wet weather whilst still allowing light into the run - would be better perhaps if it came down to the ground both sides with the ability for one side to be rolled up during dry weather (although I suppose you could buy two covers and put one on inside out) . Also could do with different lengths to take into account run extensions which most people with more than two hens most probably have.

Easy to use. Added it to my go up to give my chucks a bit of extra space. The little clips are fairly easy to use and it all seems pest proof. Maybe on the pricey side but I still paid it didn't i?!

This product doesn't provide any shade so please don't use in the hot weather., it must be like a greenhouse under there. It is ideal in Autumn, Winter and Spring but in Summer the lightweight shade is perfect.

I recently bought and erected the fence/net and it contains the chickens very well (at least the "grown up" ones). However, the windbreak renders the fence very unstable and is not able to be used in the strong winds we get on Anglesey. The idea is good and simple though but anyone who lives in an area subject to strong gusts should not attempt to use this product.

I had reservations of how useful this would actually be but with all the rain we've had I ordered it and it's fantastic! Great quality, easy to put on, I can still see my chickens from the window and best of all my chickens will sit out in all weathers... Perfect! Also I've now got a little silkie so this is ideal for her :-)

We've had our chickens for 2 weeks now, and this full length shade has provided good protection during some fairly strong rain showers. Equally, it has given good shade on some very hot days. It fits a 2 meter run perfectly and is made of a good, heavy material. Good purchase.

Can't fault quality and design but the run factory and the Eglu factory really should talk about the shape the run needs to be to fit the top of the Eglu. This is a flat and a continual curve when it actually needs to be a three stage curve to fit the Eglu which makes assembly a pain as the roof panels then don't line up. I have built 6 now and this has been a problem on all that almost double the time it needs to put the run together.
