So quick and easy to use, never tips over even if full glug on one side and nearly empty grub hanging on other side (even when standing it on uneven/sloping ground). Me and the chickens couldn't be happier with the product.

I am overall pleased with the Cube. I have the small 2m run as my girls free range all day. However it is useful to have the facility to shut them in the run if needed and also it is useful to hook the food and water bowls to the cage. The sun shade doubles as shelter from the rain. As a previous reviewer has stated it is very difficult to get into the caged area to clean/top up the food as you need to stoop down double to get into the cage as the door is much lower than the top of the cage. Compared to the Eglu (there is no comparison, they are in different leagues) it is easier to access and clean as you just slide out the poo trays without needing to bend. My only concern is that there are sizeable gaps around the poo trays so I don't know how warm my girls will be in Winter as the wind will whilstle through. Also the Cube is not big enough for 10 hens. I house 6 in mine and they are average sized hybrids. 4 roost on the bars and 2 sleep in the laying box. Very easy to access the eggs via a door on the side of the cube and again no bending.

Very pleased to report that our four birds are now clear of red mite after leaving their wooden coop for the Cube; took a couple of cleans under the roosting bars to eradicate the ones the birds must have brought in with them, but we are so pleased as none of the treatments we had tried worked effectively. We had to prop their old wooden ramp over the Cube's ladder to begin with; they are used to jumping up now, but being smaller breeds the gaps in between the rungs and the diameter of the rungs themselves are quite large - it would help if there was a better surface for them to grip on to as they hop up. Ours prefer to all cram into the nesting box to sleep together than standing on the roosting bars! We're in agreement with a previous review that some kind of handles to assist moving the Cube would be a good idea, as the wire run is difficult to pull from. Overall, brilliant but priced out of many people's pockets and we wouldn't say it could house ten birds comfortably; six to eight maximum depending on breed size.

Just the job for keeping the girls dry....if you haven't got one...get one!!

We were initially considering buying one of the smaller Eglus but then decided to make the 80 mile visit to Barn Farm Plants garden centre to have a look at them all. I am so glad that we did because we realised immediately that that neither the Go or Classic would have been suitable for our needs. Although the Cube is considerably more expensive, it is well worth the extra. It is so accessible and easy to clean being off the ground which, as we are no 'spring chickens' ourselves, means we don't have to bend. We have four chickens and they seem very happy altough I am not sure that it is really suitable for 10 birds. We have a 3 metre run, which comes to the top of the cube and is more easily accessible than the run of the small Eglus would be, although It is quite awkward for me, with my arthritis, to get into the run to clean, especially to the back. A further gate in the side of the run might be useful. It is reasonably easy to move around but, for most of the time, we have decided to keep it in one position, because we have attached netting to the end near the gate of the run and have it all securely pegged down. I Have no doubt that we would have been sorry if we had bought a Go or a Classic rather than the Cube.

Great product, easy to maneuver and clean. I used to keep our chickens in a wooden shed, however red mite proved a bit of a predicament, thankfully our eglu Cube has eradicated the problem. Our 4 chickens our enjoying their new haven complete with extension. I think 6 large chickens would be rather over crowded unless they have free range of the garden as ours do.

We bought the extension after a fox caught one of our two hens in the daylight ( we let them roam in the garden during the day and only closed the Eglu each evening). The extra space means they are very happy to be enclosed all the time, and we have total peace of mind that they are secure. Even with the run extension one of us can easily move the Eglu on our own because it is light and easily moved to a new grassy area, and the skirting gives extra security to prevent anything burrowing under the wire. It was reasonably easy to add to our existing Eglu Go and we are delighted with it.
