A bit of a struggle to put the run together but Doris and Beattie are very happy in their new home!

Really pleased with our new eglu cube, we upgraded from the classic as we have caught the bug for keeping chicken and have increased the size of our flock. The design is excellent, assembly straightforward, omlet have thought of everything. Our only issue has been with the ladder, our bantams couldn't manage it at all and slipped off the rungs, one even got stuck between the rungs. We have had to construct our own wooden ladder. Otherwise we can't fault it.

Eglu go is great, so easy for the kids to manage and our chickens love it too!. Our chickens were delivered by Colin from Perthshire Poullets and they gave us two eggs the very next morning and have quickly become part of the family. Only negative things are two screws were missing but this did not effect things greatly and arrived in the post a week later.

I have had a number of wooden arks in the past, and I promised myself that the next I got would be an Omlet. I couldn't be more pleased. It is so well designed and easy to use and clean. I have 8 girls in it, with the 1 metre run extension, and it opens straight into an enclosure using the 42 metre omlet fencing. My boys collect the eggs, and I clean the droppings trays without going into the enclosure (thereby avoiding small shoes treading through droppings - very important!!). I line the trays with newspaper and this all tips straight into a compost bin, and use shredded newspaper in the egg nest area which they love. It is great knowing that I won't have to do battle with red mite again too, a perennial problem with a wooden ark. Five stars all the way on this one omlet - thank you.

I love this chicken house. It's perfect for one of my hen's that is crippled. She can go in and out without hardship.

The evidence on the ground this morning shows that Mr Fox and probably some family members came to visit my chickens last night. No damage at all to the run or house. Thanks Omlet - from me and my girls!

Purchased the Eglu Cube for our chickens at school. They love their new home. It is easy to clean and maintain, which is ideal, as the children will help to look after them.

I have 3 young chickens in my Eglu Go. They'll start laying in a month or so and I will be able to evaluate the full set up. I only got the regular run, because my chickens can roam the fenced in backyard. If that wasn't the case I would need a run extension. It is also quite easy to move. I did take a full afternoon to put all the pieces together properly. I love that it is so easy to clean and that I can hose it off. The hot weather is just starting here in the American South, so I will know how it performs in the heat come September. A friend termed my Eglu "the Cadilac of chicken coops." Though after pricing other wooden ones, it really wasn't that much more. Being able to keep it clean easily was my main reason for getting the Eglu. My Chickens seem to be happy as well so far.

Yes, the Eglu Go does meet my needs. I got Eglu and attached run. Where I live, a number of predators are lurking, and coop security was high on my list of requirements. Ease of cleaning is also important, and I like the washable plastic surfaces. . Omlet Eglu Go takes up a pretty small foot-print in my yard and supplies my chickens with the basics. I wanted something I could assemble and move by myself. I wanted as much comfort for chickens from heat and cold as reasonable. I would/could make a few changes but overall I am very pleased with the product.

Straightforward to assemble, easy to clean and the reason I bought it - definately foxproof. In my opinion though I would say that 4 hens are the maximum, even with the extension.
