I agree with the points others have made regarding detaching the run from the coop (difficult for cleaning regularly), moving the coop and run regularly (too heavy for one person) and the size of the food/drink holders (far too big!). Also my chickens are having problems with the roosting bars so we are having to leave these out until they (hopefully) grow a little more. Otherwise it's secure and snug and they seem to have settled in quite happily

Exactly as its description. I have quite a small garden in 3 different sections and have managed to fit the Eglu in. I have 3 chickens and during the day they are free ranging the garden but it's good to know I have somewhere safe and relatively spacious for them at night and when they need to be 'contained' (e.g.BBQs etc). The eglu is very easy to clean takes 15mins - so I can clean them out every 3 days.The girls really like the 'glug' water container. From everything I have read so far I am hopeful that because of the ease of cleaning I will not come face to face with the dreaded red mite.

The cube cost more than I ideally wanted to spend but after much deliberation and research I decided it was the right product for me....and thankfully it was (I also purchased the extra 1M run). The customer service was good and I was grateful the product was set up by the 'omlet' delivery man. The cube is completely manageable for one person to move (my hens get fresh grass every week). Cleaning takes hardly any time at all and my 2 hens seem very happy. I feel that 4 hens is the maximum I would want to keep in this size run

My ground is slightly uneven so I felt a bit more secure having these in place. Very easy to screw in, even in hard clay soil.

Fantastic size for holding plenty of water for my 4 girls. Shame the superglugs no longer have the drinking nipples though as they were a great way for the girls to drink without getting their water full of mash!

This took about 3 hours to put together but we were very pleased with it, it's extremely well made and designed. I wouldn't keep more than 4 chickens in it though.

The Eglu Go and two hens arrived a month ago and we are very pleased with the ordering, notification of arrival and installation of the hen house and run. Just a week later they started laying and sometimes we get double yolkers. We love watching them scratching around in the garden and pecking at greenery - their favorite is turnip tops. Thank you Eglu Team.

I've had my cube for a couple of months now, and I totally recommend it to anyone thinking about buying one. I must say though that I don't have the run, because my hens are used to more room. I bought it because we've had an ongoing problem with red mites, but ta-daa!!! it's true - there's nowhere for them to hide in the cube, and I haven't seen a single one since it arrived. It's so much easier to clean than my old wooden house, so the hens are much healthier. My only gripe, hence the 4.5 out of 5 score is the ladder. The hens find it slippery. even when it's dry. I've solved this by winding gardening twine around the rungs, but until I did this, they found it tricky getting in and out. A good product, which I'm hoping will last longer than either of my old wooden houses, highly recommended.
