We upgraded from the Eglu Go (to be repurposed for homing Quail) to the Cube. Both are excellent our 4 chickens love the extra space and nesting area. Very easy to assemble and clean - recommended.

Love this coop. So sturdy and well insulated. I live in an area with extreme cold and extremely high winds. This coop is heavy and aerodynamic and stands up so well to the wind. Love that it has a door I can shut at night between the roosting area and the nesting box. A couple of my chickens were always sleeping in their nesting boxes and filling them with poop, which meant poop covered eggs. Now I can shut that at night and eliminated that problem. Chickens are nice and warm when I open the coop in the mornings. Cleaning is SUPER easy, I can’t say that enough. Even after a full week of chicken poo piling up, it was dumps right out and houses down and looks brand new again, even with no bedding in the tray. Instead of having to cover an entire coop tray plus nesting boxes with bedding, now no my have to keep bedding in the nesting area, which stays clean since the chickens aren’t sleeping and pooping in there anymore. So I’m going through barely any bedding now. Such a great coop, couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

We absolutely love our Omlet Egglu Cube and run. The only reason our rating isn’t 5 stars is that it takes some work to assemble and the instructions could be better. Using online videos we finally got it done. Now that it’s complete, the work was worth it! Our chickens couldn’t be happier and neither could we. 👍

I bought this coop, because I already had the walk-in chicken run, but I had an old wooden bunnings coop that was just a pain to clean and was getting too small for my needs. This coop took all of 5-mins to clean and fits all my chooks. Took them a bit of time to get use to going up steps instead of a ramp though.

I recently assembled this cube which was a slow process for a first timer working alone, but I appreciate the degree of thought that went into the engineering and design. This is something you can appreciate when assembling. I will say the youtube video demonstrating assembly was helpful but skipped over details that, in the manual, proved important. All in all, a learning experience.The 12ft run is great and I can't imagine doing it smaller (call me a softie).

... and I responded. The cube was meant to be in my backyard and it's home to my six chicks. Three four-month-old Swedish Flower Hens, two girls and a boy, and three nearly two-month-olds, a couple of eggs from Pakistan that hatched and one hybrid from my backyard chicken. They adore their home, and fly out every day to free range and recognise the security of their Eglu Cube to run into given any sign of threat! The cube took over couple hours to install and run with it's meter extension was not complicated either. I don't know if I have put it exactly how it's meant to be, it's strong, secure and looks ever so gorgeous! Additionally, I bought a shade and rain cover too, much needed in this wet summer we have had thus far. I'd be more than happy for folks to come visit and see the coop, if it helps to understand how it functions together. I only hope that at some stage, the design evolves and incorporates a material coating, like silicone on the hard plastic roosting tray, as it would be equally washable but provide a better grip for the hens.

First time chicken owner and this coop could not be EASIER! We love our omlet coop! Super easy to use and clean. Our chickens have been really enjoying it!

I’m really happy with my coop. It was simple, and straightforward to put together. My 7 ladies, and Arnie, obviously like it as they’re going to bed half an hour earlier than before! I highly recommend it! (I will add that my chickens are free range from 0600 till 2130)

This is a great set up. A year and a half ago I purchased the smaller "go up" model and though the 2 hens that use it are fine there, I wish I had gone all out and gotten the bigger one initially. I have added 3 babies and they are using the new big one. Both are in the same chicken "compound" and while there is some visitation out of curiosity, no one goes up into the others' hutch area. Thank goodness at this point. It was easy to put together and helped having had some experience.
