Came online to buy more clear covers and saw you now had these, thought I'd try them. I'm very happy, they're much better than the old covers. Three go brilliantly on the top and sides of an eglu cube 3m run. Using the hook bungees I roll the sides up on dry days, this is easier than removing them. I'd recommend these. They're keeping the ground dry.

We had to have a new bottom door for our walk in coop as the latch snapped off. Amazingly quick service. Although tricky to fit in completed coop it is good. Can't thank you enough for the speedy service to ensure my girls are safe !

Great quality product and better than everything else I researched on the market! Definitely suits the backyard chicken trend and makes cleaning and maintenance all the more friendly. Only issue is the chickens do seem to struggle with the ladder / stairs however easily fixed by tacking on some ply to help out the girls and create a ramp entrance.

When I unpacked the house of my Eglu the feeder was broken and I had the wrong number of screws. I called and these were re-sent promptly. I unpacked the wheels and frame on the weekend and there was a small plastic stopper for the wheels missing. Three things wrong in my order was disappointing, considering the price of the product I expected everything to be present. I was surprised how long it took to put together, the run especially seemed a bit of an unnecessarily lengthy process to clip it all together, surely there is a simpler way to make it? I bought it because my wooden one is falling apart. So far the chicks seem happy enough but I'm yet to be convinced that it's worth the extra money compared to my old wooden one. If it's still working well in 5 years I'll write a more positive review! On the plus side think it will be easy to clean, and to move with the wheels.

So easy to use A few more poles help. One of our dogs is determined to get to wherever she thinks there may be a single grain of anything and has chewed several large holes. She is now caged at night and the fence repaired with garden plastic tie wire. Not as glamorous as when we first got it but working well

We love the chicken swing.... and so do our girls!

So easy to clean and very practical! Although I had read reviews saying a lot of chickens had difficulty with the ladder, my little silkie bantams figured it out very quickly. I can see they struggle a bit but they don't require any assistance getting in and out of the cube.

Once assembled the hens were keen to explore and adapted quickly to their new home. Looking forward to the auto door opener being available in the spring. One of the main reasons for purchasing the MK2

Great hutch for my rabbit Brian as he fights with other rabbits he has to be kept alone this allows me to give him lots of attention . The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the tray is stained with uric acid which is impossible to remove .Don't go for a wooden hutch the eglu is more expensive but well worth it!!!

Once I had calmed down after the hopelessly bad French delivery of the WIR and given it some thought, I looked at your reviews for hints & was very encouraged by a reviewer (a woman I think) who said she had managed to put hers up single handed – so I did too, & felt quite proud of myself. I did it over several days & tried to make it as undisturbing as possible for the hens. I think it is essential to put the roof struts over & up as early as possible to make it a more solid framework to work on. The big clips are wonderful, but as with the small run on my GoUp, the small clips (particularly the double ones) are pretty hellish when it comes to fixing the skirt. I don’t like the way the top row & the roof are made of a larger mesh- here, we are bothered by all sorts of wildlife not least nasty martens & I, being somewhat neurotic, have covered the entire construction with chicken wire & will fix planks along the skirt (& up it a bit). The Go Up run fitted on pretty neatly (that was one thing I did need a hand with as it wasn’t easy to manoeuvre) I took off the front bit of extra run as my ground is too uneven to keep it long & have used the now redundant panels to reinforce other parts. I know the hens are absolutely safe once shut in for the night but I hate to think of their suffering horribly from an uninvited guest. They seem happy enough to have the extra space when I’m not around but they still want to get the heck outta there whenever they catch sight of me. The food & water containers hang better on a vertical panel than they did on the pyramid walls of the smaller run. I did find fault with a couple of parts, peeling paint & the beginnings of rust, & lack of welding in some parts, and the after sales team were very decent about all that, however it isn’t what I expected & having put the thing together the thought of undoing any of it in order to change a panel or a door is more than I can face. I do expect the quality to be good. The design is good & the components are well thought out for the most part, but I do feel the finish is often a bit disappointing.
