Pity the right wheel had one of the plates welded on back to front which caused a delay in being able to erect the coop. However this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the sales team and a new wheel arrived very quickly

easy but long winded to build.looks great and well made.used black cable ties, rather than clips at final assembly doors just ideal for ease of entry well pleased with this product

this item is fine for the purpose we bought it for a nightmare to put together we needed a child with a degree in lego and macarno but we got there in the end the birds like it and its easy to move and to clean.

The Eglu arrived safe and sound. I did no good to my back unloading the very efficient boxes. Was so keen to unload that I did not wait for help! We are now slowly putting the thing together. Not as easy as it looks on the video but I expect we will get there. You may be sure that if we meet a section that we can't solve we will be on the phone pretty quick! It looks to be a tough piece of equipment that will do the job it claims. Can't wait to get my chickens!

Delivery was excellent , with recyclable boxes. Hubby and son built it over two days ,having read and reread the plans it all fell into place. It's very sturdy (despite gales ) The stable door really helps keep our cat Tassimo in whilst we put stuff in and out. She's a Brown Burmese and is safest as an indoor cat and so this enclosure is perfect for her especially now that i have some structures inside that she can climb up on and watch over the garden wall. I bought a metal rose arbour which we put up inside the enclosure and it just fits ; it has bars that I've been able to put planks accoss and with the addition of a step ladder has given Tassi lots to clamber about on and a lovely bench for me to sit on too. I spent months researching what would work best and rather than spend two and a half thousand on having a fence built enclosing the end of the garden , this has been a brilliant alternative. We've been using this for about a month now and Tassi is happy to be left in it whilst we potter about the garden.

clear cover was just what we needed, we has used heavy duty tarpaflex before but this was much better, not too thick but does the job and keeps the chicks nice and dry.

My baby's love the extra space.

Keeps my baby's dry in the rain and they love the shade from the sun.

Got a replacement door as the one that arrived with the pet run was damaged, as always omlets customer service was great and new door arrived quickly
