The cats give their paw of approval
Cherie,
I bought this to go in an enclosure we built for them. It took us a while to wrap our head around the instructions and get it put up but seeing the happy cats made it worthwhile. I like the extension options for varying height enclosures. The platforms, steps hammocks etc are pretty easy to put together but you need two sets of hands to attach them to the pole to hold it in place making sure no bits drop out while you screw it in place. (A few curse words were said when the bits dropped out). I have multiple cats and all apart from the very old one have enjoyed exploring the levels and getting up high to watch the birds.

Cats love it - assembly recommendation
Larissa,
My cats do love the catio and the freestyle cat posts. I have 3 poles with bridges, hammocks, steps, a shaded cover, scratching posts and platforms. The works! The cats use it all. I do recommend assembling all the platform & step cushions on the ground, it was difficult to find a video on how to attach the cushions and the instructions could’ve been more helpful with better pictures. But the cushions do not cover the screws, which is very nice, and there’s no need to mess around on a ladder trying to attach the cushions when it’s much safer and easier on the ground. But overall, my cats have always loved the catio, and they love it even more with their bridges, hammocks and platforms!!

What a great idea!
Dawn,
I'm lucky enough to have one of these cat trees for my 2 boys. The assembly videos are very helpful initially, I did get a tad lost fitting the top of the pole to the top of the catio, but the helpful peeps in customer services were fabulous, as was Chloe. Neko is a bit of a scared cat (tabby), Clover is the adventurous one (black). But overall a considered purchase which is well worth the cost.
