Does anyone know of a breeder of finches whose first three letters are FCC? Someone local to me has found a bird with FCC as the first three letters on the blue band. The year of the bird's birth is 2023 from what I can see and the bird has a unique identifier number which I will keep to myself for now If anyone knows who this breeder is please comment here I will get an email
