The light hooks up easy with the door and works exactly as stated. Makes it easy to see that the 3 chickens are all in their coop, too.

Before using the mounting bracket I used cable ties to hold the control panel against the coop. It wasn't secure or looked good. With the mounting bracket it fits the control panel snug against the coop and looks alot nicer than my d.i.y solution. This is the second time I have bought a mounting bracket for my coops. Highly recommend for a secure and neat look.

We know that chickens don't see well in the dark. At dusk, my girls would get stuck at the door because the first one couldn't or wouldn't go further into the coop. Then most of them would be locked out when the door closed. Usually, the light keeps things moving, because they can see where they are going. I no longer come home to find half of them hiding somewhere in the yard,

The mesh attachment kit made install easy. Our chicken coop is an old upcycled aviary with rectangular mesh.

This door does not disappoint! It is heavy duty and opens/closes when it is supposed to. I have my door set to the timer and it works great! I love it so much I purchased a second door for my chickens. I have peace of mind knowing the door will function as promised. I highly recommend, it's worth every penny.

my new autodoor is fixed onto my walkin run i can now control when the chicks leave the run without having to be on site, or suffer the rain early in the morning. it's set to manual which gives great flexibility

I had the omlet door and original controller for 5.5 years before it needed replacement. I also have only changed the batteries 2-3 times. This is a good product.

So far I am very pleased. I purchased my auto door for my Carolina coop and we installed it on the hardware cloth. Super easy to install.
