Beehaus Divider Board with Queen Excluder
The divider board is used in the Beehaus to split it into two hives, which can be used for starting a second colony. You might choose to do this during the Spring, when the queen will be laying more and the bees will be rapidly expanding in number.
This divider board comes in three separate parts, with two inserts to choose from. One insert will make the board complete, while the other acts as a queen excluder. You can use the queen excluder when splitting the colony to prevent the queen from moving to the other side.
