This recipe is perfect for chickens as they like nothing better than a slug washed down with a sweet tasting dandelion leaf. It is very simple to prepare and you will usually have all the ingredients in stock so this is the one to go for if your chickens drop by unannounced around tea time.
You will need:
A handful of dandelion leaves (lettuce leaves will do)
3 to 4 juicy plump slugs
2 tablespoons of sweetcorn
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately
